• Interview: The candidates become very honest ending in answering things which are not needed and makes you sound like a kid who is answering without thinking. Or some just try to keep hide their real self fully and it becomes pretty obvious.
• In Group tasks, they try to win sympathy of GTO by behaving extra gentlemanly and extra hard. All this seems pretty unrealistic most of the times. It is about maintaining that limit. Your solutions should have more of a realistic approach.
• Stories: Candidates trying hard to show themselves as extra social, insecure and desperate. Candidates try to make extremely social and heroic stories. A simple general story will do the needful. They try to bring one quality in each of their story. This clearly indicates the selectors about your bad state of preparedness, panic and confused thoughts. You only need to give general socially acceptable reactions.
