Some candidates wrongly believe that OIR tests are not checked & conducted just for the sake of formality. This is an absolutely false notion. OIR test performance is checked and is important.
OIR test gives the assessors a good idea about the IQ level of a candidate.
It is utilized in the following manner:
• Screening in: In case the performance is below acceptable level then a candidate will not be screened in.
• The performance rating in OIR is available to all the three Testing Officers. It is a valuable input available to them in making their respective assessments.
