The time provided to you while writing a story is 4 minutes. So the very first thought which comes to your mind shall be presented on the paper. The most important thing is that it should not reflect negativity out of it.  Whatever you see around, always try to bring out something positive out of it.
        While individual narration, you just need to keep your calm, do not shiver when other candidates are narrating their story, be confident ,sit straight, wear a smile on your face and listen to him as if he is the only person in the room. While narrating your own story, please do not ever look towards the officers, just assume that they are virtually present. Speak confidently, and look into everyone's eyes.
       As soon as the discussion starts, just don't jump into the discussion, let people speak or scream, take your time and speak in a very clear and loud tone.  When everyone else is shouting and screaming, just try to bring down, please don't leave your seat while doing this.
