As an Officer, a warrior, in the Air Force, you’re tasked with upholding the constitution and protecting India’s freedom. Values
Certain Core values are ingrained into Air Force Officers during their training. Most people would have heard of loyalty, duty , respect, service, honoe, integrity and courage but as warriors , you learn them and from then on, live them everyday in everything you do – whether on job or off.

  • Personal Courage– Face fear, danger or adversity (physical or moral). You can build courage by daily standing up for and acting upon the things that you know are honourable.
  • Loyalty– Bear true faith and allegiance, support the leadership and support fellow warriors
  • Duty– Accomplish assigned tasks, missions and responsibilities. Fulfil your obligations
  • Respect– Treat others with dignity and respect while expecting others to do the same. Trust and appreciate.
  • Selfless service– Out welfare of nation and others before self. Commit to go a little further, endure a little more and look a little closer.
  • Honour– Honour is the matter of carrying out, acting and living the values of respect, duty, loyalty, selfless service, integrity and personal courage in everything you do.
  • Integrity– It is the quality you develop by adhering to moral principles. Do what’s right, legally and morally.
