3.   Too eager to please IO(by being a yes man)..missing some flair or attitude (attitude is different from arrogance).

4.   Most important of all, mistakes to be avoided is not to have a alternative in case of rejection from SSB

5.   SSB as process in whole comprise of and should not have a contradiction between what you write (psychology) what you say (interview) and what you actually do on ground(GTO)

6.   Hence sit in a peaceful environment rewind your last attempt in mind..note down the mistakes you think you had made and all the areas where you could have performed better…plan for all contigencies next time by envisaging them yourself for your next attempt
