• While in GTO, obey the rules. If you break a rule, go back and repeat the task. Never try to escape thinking nobody has seen.
• While in GD, & in GPE stick to the rules of PPDT. Don't overrule the discussion. Discuss, don't argue. No aggressive or offensive words.
• Don't look at your GTO.
• Don't try to complete the task on your own. Think only as a group.
• In conference, don't ever criticise the food, premises or anything.
• Never suggest any change in selection process. The process is framed by experts at DIPR. Your criticism shows your non-adjustability.
• Do not panic. Conference is your final shot. Smile. Breath. Relax. Enter the conference with a boost.
• Last but not the least, Do not lose hope. Try again. Try harder.

Don't act as if you are not interested.
