1. Psychological test: In this assessment, a test of your imagination is taken to know about your thought process and your idea to solve problems instantly, it will test your personality and your approach towards the different things and people. In coaching you will be able to understand “ how to perceive” and “ what to perceive” which will save time so that you can prepare in right direction.

2. Interview: During interview a set of questions are asked and also there are various things which are noted by the IO to assess the candidate on the basis of content of answers, way of answering, expressions during answering so all things will be taught to you.

3. GTO:  In this you will get series of tasks, so as to understand the techniques and  time taken during performing those tasks, preparation, behaviour during tasks will be informed to you.
