1. You are example for your men and you have to lead from the front. Thus you need to be pick of your physical fitness. Your team will appreciate you when you can do some thing which they can not do. Remain physically fit and maintain it.

2. Be fair in all your dealings. Always make fair decisions. Never ever show any favor to any one.  Your decision should be above board , be at home or with friends.

3. Be innovative and think out of the box. You should have the ability to resolve problems and take decisions expeditiously. Do not ponder over a problem or procrastinate, resolve it. Once you have taken a decision,  stand for it on own your decision.

4. Remain update with latest developments in science , technology, economy and Government policies. Read news papers and magazines on regular basis for that.

5. Have healthy group discussion with the friend circle. Do not get in to argument. Listen before speaking, at appropriate time share your views, do not interrupt when others are speaking. Never get aggitated , when your views are rejected by the group.

6.  Be social, help people in distress requiring assistance. Help the old , aged sick people seeking your assistance. Have compassion for others.

7. Always dress up smartly and make it a habit. Have a smart appearance, where ever you are.

8.   Be determined, have courage of conviction and adequate stamina to face any situation. Be buoyant and always project a smiling and confident appearance. This is only possible when you stick to the above  points.
