Group planning exercise

You can get GPE for practicing from the internet. Practice sample GPE with time constraint. Our first priority should be preventing any natural calamity or mass destruction, then comes the life of a person who is severely injured and finally some minor risks which are not that much urgent.

Individual tasks and Group obstacles

Keep yourself physically fit. Go for jogging everyday. Spending one hour on mild exercises is advised. Pick one sport of your choice and play it on regular basis. Work more on stamina than on strength. It is observed that youth nowadays is very much focused on lifting heavy weights and getting their biceps but if they are asked to run a few hundred metres, you  would find them exhausted and breathless. So, one should maintain a balance between strength and stamina.

 Or otherwise overall,  be aware about the national and international issues, ongoing social issues and sports. Work upon improving your communication skills. Keep yourself fit enough to do well in the IO and GOR. And last but not the least, keep in mind that GTO tests are group based tasks, so focus on the collective performance of  your group keeping aside  your individual interests and desperation.
