The following are the few points that should be avoided during the GTO Tests: 

Not allowing others to speak during GD, Everytime initiating/concluding a discussion (not advised to do both in same discussion), Lack of enthusiasm during snake race and tendency of helping others, confusion in priority of tasks during military planning, Never chosen by your group members or choosing wrong guys for command task, Improper briefing of subordinates during command task, never able to implement your ideas in other group tasks, looking at the GTO all the time (must strictly be avoided).
