The following procedure to be adopted:

1.  First of all your foremost task is to dictate rules to your subordinates (like colour rules, unmanned area, not to give idea unless commander asks for it etc.).Explain the task to subordinate.

2.   Then make your subordinates more familiar with the task by making them aware about gravity of situation.

3.  Then raise the ‘josh’ in your subordinates towards the task. Think of the idea and give clear and audible explanation to subordinates.

4.   Always initiate the task and take help from your subordinates by asking them to give you required materials and assist(manual labour) you in implementation of your plan.

5.   Or in other words, you have to lead your team and always take the first step of your plan by yourself and only try to take labour support from your subordinates.

6.   Remember never take the help from your subordinates in terms of idea or plan formation. Also never forgot to bring helping materials along with you during the completion of task.

7.  And at last you will find that you are the No. 1 commander of your ssb batch.
