The aim of Command Task, is to give an opportunity to the candidate, to do the task the way he likes to do, without any interference whatsoever from others in the group or half group.

The task comprises of only one obstacle, where you choose two other candidates to work with you, under your direction. You are the Commander of the Task which you can not do by yourself. Hence the subordinates who only come to accomplish the task, without interfering on your execution of the task. An efficient leader always gives clear guidance to his team and works with his team leading from the front. Execute your idea into action guiding your subordinates and not depending on their ideas as they are not permitted to speak or make gestures. If you have the Practical Imagination and work sense and conversant with the rules, you will certainly succeed.

If you felt that the ideas you had, but they could not be executed in the previously conducted PGT and HGT, this is your opportunity to reveal the leader/personality you are.
