Creativity:

IO seek highly creative candidates for the Officers position. One can do amazing things by your creative thinking.

Creativity is the way to present your smartness and well understandable  Creativity is the thing that an uneducated person can do also. It is not that an educated person has a high creativity. Degrees or certificates cannot prove person creativity.

Leadership ability:

Leadership means different things to different people around the world, and different things in different situations. The quality of leadership shows that you are a responsible person, as any organization prefers this quality of responsibility.

An IO shall judge you as a responsible person and check your Leadership ability. It is the ability to take charges, to volunteer for assignments, and to accept accountability for achieving the required results of those assignments. The ability to lead effectively is based on a number of key skills.

Intelligence:

Interviewer finds an intelligent person for their Org so that he/ she can fulfill their all requirements of work. IO check your working knowledge, your skills, and practice knowledge on a concept that you had studied.

Presence of Mind:

Always be fresh and calm when you are going for an interview. It is very important to be available with body and mind. Don’t do anything else while you are going to the interview.

Simply stated, presence of mind is the ability to think quickly, act wisely and solve the problems using the available resources. Intelligence is useless if it’s not in an interview with presence of mind.

Multitasking:

The ability to execute more than one task at the same time, a task being a program is called multitasking. The person, who can do multitasking works, is highly demanded always for every organization.

IO gives preferences to such candidates, who can do many activities while remaining on a single designation. Such people grow much in their career with the new responsibilities and higher salary.
