Hello friends. This is Ajan Ramachandar.  I took afcat in last august and cleared it. Having no idea about SSB,I planned to undergo a 10 day training from Shankar’s SSB Academy, Salem. One of my friends who had already attended the coaching, used to tell me about the interesting incidents during her training here.  But that time, I could not believe it. But when I came here and started attending the training ,I realized what my friend told was really true.
                  Sir’s immense experience in this field and his expertise helped us really a lot.Right from the first day of the training,he framed a picture about each and every student in the particular batch and used to give importances to their strength and weaknesses.This is one big advantage through sir’s training.He quickly identifies everyone’s qualities and starts training them on the OLQ’s in which they lag.In those 10 days,sir made sure that even if we didn’t possess any of the OLQ’s,properly following all his inputs would surely help us cultivate all the qualities.
                 Apart from being a mere training for SSB,you can get to know about your inherent OLQ’s here and which you don’t possess.One can surely build his personality through this training.Sir always trains us for the toughest situations and problems so that it will make us perfect.For the first day screening tests,if you follow sir’s guidance and do the homeworks which he daily gives properly,you can surely get screened in.Sir gives importance to very tiny things,for example,during group discussion,how you should project yourselves,how you should showcase your leadership qualities and so on.              
                One can surely get screened in after attending this training.After that,for psychological tests,the situations,words,pictures which sir gives us during training and for homework as well are more than enough.Even for GTs,sir showed us some models and made us practically perform some tests.They were really helpful.
               The main part of the SSB is interview.Sir made sure that we would face the interview very well however tough it may be.For example,sir gave as national and international issues in preparatory material and the same were asked to me during interview,the same issues.
          The credit behind my selection purely goes to sir’s training.People are there who can clear SSB without even attending any training.But my view is,if we attend sir’s training,we can be sure about securing a place in all India merit list.Now that,I have cleared my medical tests too and am medically fit.
The merit list will be released by May.I am looking forward to it.
             For all those aspiring candidates who attend training,I could say this is the best and even the affordable training centre for SSB in whole India.If we compare the fee here with others,sir’s academy has the very lowest fee.It is because, SIR DOESN’T DO THIS AS A BUSINESS,HE DOES IT AS A SERVICE.Follow what sir says and project them in ssb.Thats it..!!!! You are in.
